Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash value or refunded in any way. The gift voucher features a unique reference ID code. In order to be redeemed, an advance booking must be made online or via phone, referencing the voucher code. Lost gift vouchers will not be reimbursed or replaced without reference ID code confirmation. These terms and conditions are subject to change. We kindly ask you to use this voucher within a year.
