Beginners Course
Learn the fundamentals of training while reducing gym anxiety
Our program is designed to:

make exercises less daunting;

teach you how to manage injuries and pain

prepare to enter regular classes
With a maximum of 4 people per class and 2 sessions per week, you’ll receive personalised attention and guidance. By the end of the 8 sessions, you’ll feel much more prepared to enter regular fitness classes.
How much? €150
Monday and Wednesday at 7pm (starting on 26th of February)
Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am (starting on 27th of February)
Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm (FULLY BOOKED)
If you’re a physio, our course can also serve as a bridge between you and mainstream gym-goers, helping them work through their injuries and get back to their regular workout routine.
