Handstand Workshop
After the success of our first Handstand Workshop in August, we are back with two offerings
Beginner - November 10th, 10am-12pm €60

For those who never kicked up before or have recently started their Handstand journey.
Advanced - November 3rd, 10am-12pm €60

For those who want to master their handstand skills and get a longer hold in the air.
The workshop is 2 hours long with a maximum of 6 people per session so you get the attention you need to achieve your goals. If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
Personalised training in a small group environment

Complex Training with Coach Cusack
Coach Cusack is bringing a way of training that you haven't seen in Naas area.
Here's all you need to know about it:

Complex training in kettlebells, barbells and dumbells;

Improve your strength, endurance, body composition, cardio output and aerobic capacity;

Classes designed for all fitness levels and to challenge you physically;

5-week block training twice a week.

Beginners Course
Our Beginners Course is for anybody who is nervous to come into in a gym environment or doesn't feel safe training with an injury or just need a little bit more attention with your form.
In these classes we cover all things fitness: mobility, strength, cardio, agility, and more.

Train lifts, deadlifts, squats, bench press, pull ups;

Embodied Yoga Classes
Fiona Aldwell is a certified yoga teacher and a member of The Allyway. From July on, Fiona will offer gentle flow Yoga practice for all levels here at the gym every Tuesday at 7.30am.
"A lot of prep work goes on to ensure a safe and effective environment for our classes. Yamika Yoga prioritises the support and well-being of each individual during our morning practice." says Fiona.
The classes are a welcoming and supportive space for you to explore the magic of yoga at your own pace. You'll improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, while feeling invigorated and empowered.
