Our Back to School Special is a special one-month membership designed for mums who are ready to get their routine back and prioritize their fitness. This is your chance to focus on building strength, improving energy, and getting back into a consistent routine.

Senior Course
We believe that movement is key to living well at any age. Our Senior Course is specifically designed for people in the 70 to 85 age range to help them feel more confident and capable in their daily life.
It's about empowering your loved ones to manage and reduce pain, improve their balance, and increase joint stability through fine motor work. All exercises are adaptable for those with reduced mobility and are performed in either a standing or sitting position. With a small, friendly group of up to 8 people, they will also get to enjoy the important social aspect of staying active.

Beginners Course


New 8-week Beginners Course starting on September 1st. In the programme you will have a personal mobility assessment, customised strength and cardio sessions with two coaches every Monday and Wednesday, plus one complimentary Pilates class per week.
The course is ideal for anybody who is nervous to come into in a gym environment or doesn't feel safe training with an injury or just need a little bit more attention with your form.

These classes are designed to help teens recover from their chosen sports, prevent future injuries, and enhance athletic performance.
