Beginners Course - Now enrolling

New 8-week Beginners Course starting on January 12th. In the programme you will have a personal mobility assessment, customised strength and cardio sessions with two coaches every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm, plus one complimentary Pilates class per week. 

The course is ideal for anybody who is nervous to come into in a gym environment or doesn't feel safe training with an injury or just need a little bit more attention with your form.

Since we only accept eight participants per course, spaces are limited. Contact us today to secure your spot and let's enjoy the journey of movement together!

New Teen Classes - Starting January 13th

Whether you are an athlete or not we want to show you how to look after and develop your strength. Teens are playing a high level of sport or else maybe not playing sport at all. This course is suitable for all teens, fit or not, because every person needs to function as a basic human first before functioning as an athlete. That’s the most valuable physical attribute a person could have.

Results and knowledge from this course will last a lifetime. We will also be doing really cool stuff like weights, handstands and pull ups

Men's Pilates 8-week course

Here we will learn how each joint works and we will learn how to work it.
We will learn how to manage, reduce or eliminate pain depending on the needs of each participant. Lessons from this course will be of use forever. 

Once the course is complete you can work away on the exercises at home or add them to your gym programme. Or you can continue into our regular pilates classes.


What's included:

Senior Course 70+

We believe that movement is key to living well at any age. Our Senior Course is specifically designed for people in the 70 to 85 age range to help them feel more confident and capable in their daily life.

 

It's about empowering your loved ones to manage and reduce pain, improve their balance, and increase joint stability through fine motor work. All exercises are adaptable for those with reduced mobility and are performed in either a standing or sitting position. With a small, friendly group of up to 6 people, they will also get to enjoy the important social aspect of staying active.
 

Course Details:

  • 8-week program

  • 2 classes per week (Wednesday & Friday at 12pm)

  • 30 minutes per class

  • Small group setting (max 6)

  • €200 for the full course

Complex Training with Coach Cusack

Coach Cusack is bringing a way of training that you haven't seen in Naas area. 

 

Here's all you need to know about it:

  • Complex training in kettlebells, barbells and dumbells;

  • Improve your strength, endurance, body composition, cardio output and aerobic capacity;

  • Classes designed for all fitness levels and to challenge you physically;

  • 5-week block training twice a week.
