The Tryka/Hyrox classes are built to get you competition ready. If you want to improve your engine, build strength, and train with purpose, these sessions deliver.
Whether you are chasing a podium or your first finish line this is how you prepare.

Handstands and Splits Workshop
Saturday, May 9th at 12pm
€50 for non-members
€35 for members
This workshop is open to everyone, including members and non-members. Whether you are a complete beginner, already training these skills, or a weightlifter looking to add more variety to your routine, we have you covered. Meditation Workshop with Helen Doyle

We are so excited to welcome the wonderful Helen Doyle to The Allyway on Sunday, May 17th. Helen is a qualified therapist and mind coach, and she’s hosting a special breathwork and meditation session designed to leave you feeling calmer, more comfortable, and more confident.
Members and non-members are welcome to join us.
We are keeping spots limited to ensure a small, intimate group, so don’t wait too long to grab yours.

This workshop is designed to be a "dynamic fun class" that offers a mixture of challenging strength work and mobility drills with a primary emphasis on mastering bodyweight exercises. The 2-hour session combines calisthenics movements with Pilates transitions to help you learn how to hold and control your body weight through various planes of motion.

Mobility for men
Every Wednesday ay 6pm
In these classes, you will learn how each joint works and how to work it.
You will learn how to manage, reduce or eliminate pain depending on your needs. Lessons from these classes will be of use forever for the exercises at home, or for adding them to your gym programme.
Men only. Maximum 8 participants per class.

Teen Course
Tuesday and Thursday 4.15pm
This course is suitable for all teens, fit or not, because every person needs to function as a basic human first before functioning as an athlete. We want to show them how to look after and develop their strength. That’s the most valuable physical attribute a person could have.
Results and knowledge from this course will last a lifetime. We will also be doing really cool stuff like weights, handstands and pull-ups.
Mixed classes for ages 12 to 16 in a small group setting (max 8 participants). Get in touch to learn more.
